We know that many Chartered Accountants have inherited Body Corporate work that they would rather not have to deal with because of its specialised nature. Without doubt, we can assist you in this matter.

Upon request we will provide you with a schedule of the secretarial duties that we would undertake if appointed as the Body Corporate Secretary and a quotation of our charges per unit for presentation to the Unit Owners of the Body Corporate and we will make a presentation to them if you, or they, wish.

We will consider Body Corporate complexes of any size and type. We have experience in the residential, commercial, retail, industrial and tourism sectors of Body Corporate work.

We also have extensive practical experience in working with your Developer clients to assist, as a vital part of the Project Team, in the development of a new complex and to advise on the advantages of a Body Corporate over alternative legal structures for the Units.
